A Book of Shadows may contain a multitude of things. The information contained within it can be discovered through personal experience, experimentation, books, or almost anywhere that one finds inspiration. Seek the pneuma everywhere that you can! This is a compilation of information that I have found useful or appealing, from various sources. As a spirituality, Paganism is incredibly varied and tolerant. This is one of its defining characteristics, along with reverance of nature among other things. It contains no set dogma or doctrine, only personal beliefs held among its adherents {although traditions differ in their structure and beliefs}. One does not need to use all of the information one finds, only what is personally and spiritually appropriate. There are numerous resources available, in the form of books, websites, and other Pagans which can be made use of. I recommend The Witches Voice as a wondrous way to learn and get to know others.
